2022 Introductions

Seedling E627-5 [White Eyes Pink Dragon x Roses For Dallas] TET 28" 7" ML DOR, 3 branches and 15 buds.  BORDERS IN PURPLE has been one of the prettiest blooms of any daylily in my garden. It may not be quite as tall as I would like, but its height allows it to be placed closer to the front of the bed. The flower is purple with a very large, creamy white watermark, and it is a showstopper. BORDERS IN PURPLE has wonderful plant habit, and it will be fun working to increase its height in future generations. Fertile both ways.  DF $75

Seedling B341-1 [Celestial Cindy Dye x Red Gladiator] TET 33" 5.5" ML SEV 5 branches and 24 buds.  Deep Obsession is a deep purple with wide creamy edges and lots of teeth all over. It is without a doubt the darkest of my toothy introductions. It takes its branching from Celestial Cindy Dye and has the kind of branching I would love on all my seedlings! Deep Obsession has wonderful plant habit and is fertile both ways.  DF $110

Seedling F15-1 [Divas In Diamonds x Make It Snappy] TET 32" 8" M Dor, UF, 5+ branches and 25+ buds.  Linda Hunt is an absolutely stunning flower with deep pink petals set off by a light pink watermark. To top it off, it has narrow cream edging. This gorgeous flower is named for a very close family friend and it has it all…beauty, growth and it is an usual form crispate.  Fertile both ways. Very limited. Single Fan $125 

Seedling E604-1 [Memories Of Ann  X  Ann's Love] TET 24" 5.5" EM SEv, 3 branches and 15 buds, double 98%.  This beauty is an ever changing pink double.  Sometimes it is a blend of varying shades of pink and cream.  Other times it is a light pink with dark pink borders. What doesn’t change is the fact that PRINCESS MEMORIES it is a beautiful flower.  It is heavily ruffled which enhances its appeal even more. PRINCESS MEMORIES has excellent plant habit and forms a clump quickly.  It is a consistent double.  In fact, I have actually never seen a single bloom.  Fertile both ways. DF $100

Seedling E625-2 [Doctor McGregor's Garden X Roses For Dallas] TET 35" 8" M Dor, 4 branches and 22 buds.  I absolutely love this shade of red which is quite different from my usual reds. I would describe the flower as raspberry red with a glowing pink watermark.  RASPBERRY SUPREME is registered as an extra-large but it does occasionally crispate. It has wonderful plant habit and I do believe it will go down as one of my best introductions in years to come.  I have been hybridizing extensively with it and I can't wait to see what future generations will look like.
