Becky Ellen Hinshaw
Seedling G 722-1 [LAND OF THE FREE x REDDY FREDDY] TET 37" 10" EM DOR, UF Crispate, 4 branches and 20 plus buds. Becky Ellen Hinshaw is an outstanding pure red self in tall, huge flowered unusual form. This beautiful daylily is named for a long-time daylily friend and our Region 15 Judges Training Coordinator. It has a commanding presence in the garden and terrific plant habit…growth, branching, bud count, and best of all, beauty. Fertile both ways but takes persistence as a pod parent. DF $90
Celestial Full Moon
Seedling F25-2 [Memories Of Ann x Date With Destiny] TET 24" 6" M DOR, 2 branches and 12 buds, 90% double. For years, I ignored yellow in my hybridizing program and then to my surprise, I got several from a purple and pink cross. What a beauty Celestial Full Moon is! Its form is fully modern with its wonderfully heavy ruffling and full double form. It is a very light-yellow self and on some days, it can appear almost white. Single blooms are rare and it is fertile both ways. Good grower! DF $90
Celestial Orangeade
Seedling D504-1 [Destiny's Love x Double Orange Creamsicle] TET 28" 5" M DDOR, 3 branches and 15 buds, 95% double. When I made this cross, just knew it would give beautiful seedlings. The resulting flowers have peachy orange petals with lighter sepals and contrasting markings of red to highlight. A band of red at top of throat and matching red ruffled edges help to define the flower and make it a standout. Just gorgeous! Consistent doubling and a strong grower. Good inventory allows me to offer this for a bargain price. Fertile both ways. DF $75
Easter Pink
Seedling F16-1 [Anna Elizabeth Stadler x (Miss Piggy x Boss Lady)] TET 33" 8" M DOR, UF Crispate, 2 branches and 12 buds. If you love pink, this beauty combines one of my best with genes from the lines of Jamie Gossard and Judy Davisson. Easter Pink has a beautiful shade of medium pink on the petals with pastel pink sepals. A cream ruffled edging tops it off. What a beauty! Fertile ways. DF $75
Elizabeth Jean
Seedling F2-8 [Miss Piggy x Roses For Dallas] TET 38" 9" ML DOR, UF Crispate and Cascade, 3 branches and 15 buds. Elizabeth Jean is named for my dear sister who is an accomplished artist of many years and a wonderful person. It offers large flowers of rose pink with vivid green throat and an orchid pink watermark. Fertile both ways. Limited DF $100
High Country Gold
Seedling G715-7 [WIGGLY PIGGLY x BANANA SMOOTHIE] TET 38" 9" M DOR, UF Crispate, 4 branches and 20 buds. This AMAZING cross brought me this deep golden yellow self with vivid green throat and more seedlings under evaluation than any cross I have done in many years. You can spot this one from any place in the garden. It has it all with branching, size, height, and outstanding color. I have little doubt this will go down as one of my best creations. Fertile both ways but extremely difficult pod parent. DF $100
Into The Night
Seedling D544-1 [Midnight In Burgess x Black Fury] TET 28" 5.75" M DOR, 3 branches and 15 buds. This is the reverse cross of Midnight Fury (2021) and is one of my deepest black introductions to date. This is a very difficult color to work with, so this is a welcome addition to the black class. Fertility untested. DF $125
Kat Nenninger
Seedling F31-3 [Libby Gallion x Lisa Michelle] TET 33" 5.5" EM DOR, 3 branches and 15 buds. Double 95%. Kat Nenninger is named for a close friend and daylily enthusiast of many years. “Kat” is a pure red self with light ruffling. Petaloids stand straight up reminding me of the old single peonies. Strong grower and a great addition to the red doubles. I simply love it's overall performance. This beauty has height and bud count in addition to consistent doubling. Fertile both ways. DF $100
Merlot Country
Seedling E626-6 [Lavender Flytrap x Roses For Dallas] TET 30" 8" ML DOR, UF Crispate, 3 branches and 15 buds. This unique beauty has been a favorite from first bloom due to the unusual shade of purple. I wasn’t sure how to describe it, but garden visitors agree it is the color of merlot wine. Who wouldn’t want a little merlot in the garden? I love the lavender watermark and the wonderful plant habit. Fertile both ways. DF $100
